These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EventSamaan mobile app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use EventSamaan.
1. What EventSamaan is
EventSamaan is a local marketplace app. It lets you browse nearby sellers, view their items and prices, add items to a cart, and place an order. EventSamaan does not process payments in the app — orders are paid for in cash, directly to the seller, on pickup or delivery.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information — full name, email, and delivery address — when registering.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- EventSamaan is intended for users 18 and over.
3. Orders
Prices are set by sellers and may change. The total shown at checkout is the amount you agree to pay in cash. The seller, not EventSamaan, is responsible for the quality and fulfilment of what you order. Cancellations and disputes about an order are between you and the seller.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, including: attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the service, placing fraudulent or abusive orders, or using the app for any unlawful purpose.
5. Availability & changes
We may add, change, or remove features, listings, and prices at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EventSamaan is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.
7. Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
