Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your EventSamaan account and what data is removed, in line with Google Play's data-deletion requirements.

Delete your account from the app

1. Open EventSamaan and sign in.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm with your password. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from your registered email address and we will delete your account and associated data:

We process email deletion requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in account (Firebase Authentication).
• Your profile — name, email, and delivery address — stored in our database.
• Your cart and order records linked to your account.

What we retain

After deletion we do not retain personal data tied to your account, except where required by law. Anonymous, aggregated records that cannot identify you may be kept.
